SILMACHY processes and fulfils orders within 1-3 working days. We then pass them on for delivery, which usually takes another 2-3 working days on average. If your order is delayed, feel free to email us at info@silmachy.lv with your order number.
Yes, all SILMACHY cosmetics are made in-house, from the formulation, selection of raw materials and packaging for each product, to the manufacturing (handmade), packaging and labelling.
Almost all SILMACHY products are suitable for vegans as they contain no animal raw materials. The only products that are not vegan are hand and lip balms and moustache wax, as they all contain beeswax.
SILMACHY cosmetics can be used by children from 3 years of age.
