The Buyer can use the right of withdrawal included in the Republic of Latvia Consumer Rights Protection Act and return the Product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. To avoid disputes, the Buyer, at the time of receiving the Products, must make sure it matches the order (colour, product name and other relevant parameters).

If the Buyer wishes to use the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions must be taken into account:

If the Buyer wishes to use the right of withdrawal, they must, in this case, contact the Seller via e-mail at info@silmachy.lv The Buyer receives a Buyer’s withdrawal form, which is to be filled out and sent to the Seller to the aforementioned e-mail address.

The Buyer is obligated to keep both postal documents for receipt of the Products and postal documents for the return of the Products to the Seller.

The funds for the returned Product and its shipping costs will be transferred by the Seller to the bank account specified by the Buyer on the withdrawal form within 14 (fourteen) calendar days’ time after termination of the Agreement and the return of the Product to the Seller’s warehouse (“Silmači”, Baldone, Baldones novads, LV – 2125) based on the Buyer’s withdrawal form.
