General agreement

This agreement is concluded between the owner of the website www.silmachy.lv  SIA Silmachy remedies, unified registration No. 40103913590,  legal address: Raunas iela 45/2-101, Rīga, LV – 1084, in the name of its Board Member Marta Šulce, (hereinafter –the Seller), and the Buyer, who places an order and makes a purchase on the www.silmachy.lv website. The distance contract applies to all orders and purchases made on the www.silmachy.lv internet sales website. This Distance Agreement does not apply to purchases made by the Buyer at retail stores. The Buyer orders, buys, and pays, but the Seller supplies and sells beard, moustache, hand and face cosmetics (hereinafter referred to as the Products, in accordance with the terms of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).

This Agreement is in accordance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer confirms that they have read the terms of this Agreement and undertakes to comply with them. The Buyer is informed that the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time.

Products for personal use
The products available on the Silmachy remedies website are for personal use only; one is not permitted to resell or sell them to others. The Products for sale by Silmachy remedies – cosmetic products – are non-food items and are not edible. Silmachy remedies has taken the necessary precautions for the presentation of our Product – packaging, labelling – so that it would not be confused with food items and would not endanger the health and safety of the consumer. Silmachy remedies products consist of cosmetic natural ingredients and are safe for humans, health, and are environmentally friendly, which complies with the norms of the Republic of Latvia Goods and Services Safety Law, as well as international normative acts.

Payment, order processing, and delivery
The Buyer orders the Products by completing the appropriate order form on the Seller’s website, www.silmachy.lv. When making an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information, i.e., name, surname, shipping address and contact information. Regarding any changes, the Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller via e-mail at info@silmachy.lv no later than within 24 hours’ time from the moment of order confirmation. The Buyer is responsible for the correct submission of data, otherwise the delivery of the Product is not guaranteed. The ordering of the Product shall be deemed the Buyer’s offer to the Seller to conclude this Distance Agreement for the delivery of the ordered Products and, with the Buyer’s consent, to purchase the ordered Product at the specified price.
If the Buyer who ordered and purchased the product on the website does not have the legal capacity and / or ability to act, the legal guardian (such as a parent) of that person is responsible for the order and payment of the product. In the above case, the order cannot be cancelled and the purchase price paid is not refundable.

Coupons

We periodically offer customers discount coupons. Coupon codes are periodically announced to all our social network followers within marketing activities. The unique code of each coupon we announce, gives a coupon some sort of discount or benefit, such as one code providing free shipping, another 10% discount, and so on. We report the characteristics and use of each coupon to our social network followers publicly. Coupons can be used by anyone to whom this code is known. To use the coupon, enter it’s code in the shopping cart at the recipient’s data entry by clicking on the text “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code“. A window opens where you enter the active coupon code and press “Apply coupon”. The coupon is then automatically added to the purchase with the unique discount or benefit. Each coupon can only be used once for one purchase, the discounts do not sum up !

Delivery options:

  • Receiving your order at Silmachy remedies workshop (“Silmači”, Baldone parish, Baldone district, LV-2125) in working days from 10:00 to 17:00;
  • Delivery via Latvian Postal services (in 2-5 working days your order will be sent to your local Post office for your collection)
  • Delivery via Omniva parcel machines. In 2-5 working days your order will be delivered to your chosen Omniva parcel machine. You will receive a code to your mobile phone for receiving your order. Enter the code in the parcel machine and the door with your order will open. You can collect you order 24 hours a day. If the order is not collected in a week, it will be sent back to the sender.

The Buyer shall pay for shipping costs and Products together before receiving the confirmation and delivery of the Products from the Seller.
Orders can be made by the Buyer 24 hours a day, but the processing of the order is performed by the Seller on working days from 10 am to 3 pm. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays. The Seller sends confirmation to the Buyer about acceptance of the order by e-mail. If the Buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail, then the order has not been accepted. Processing of the order shall begin when the money is credited to the Seller’s account.
The average delivery time is 2 (two) to 5 (six) working days in Latvia, however, the Seller reserves the right to deliver the Product within 2 (two) calendar weeks, as delivery terms may vary depending on the availability of the Product in the warehouse.
The Buyer pays for the Goods in the online store www.silmachy.lv with the PayPal (http://www.paypal.com) or Paysera payment system, or by transfer to the account number of the Silmachy remedies Ltd., which is indicated in the prepayment invoice. The Buyer pays for the Product with the EUR (Euro) currency. All delivery costs are covered by the Buyer.
All prices include 21% VAT (Value Added Tax). At the time of delivery, the Buyer undertakes to sign a receipt for receiving the Products.

This Agreement is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Buyers certify that they are familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and undertake to comply with them.
